National Apollo Warranty
1. Warranty covers only failure of our products due to defects in manufacturing and under normal conditions of use.
2. Warranty void if the failure or fault of the product is due to misuse / negligence / carelessness / physical damage and/or failure to follow the instructions as written in User’s Manual.
3. In order to provide better service to you, please keep the purchase paperwork for future service reports. Since we are not the only sales representatives of some brands, please keep the purchase record especially in instances where a long time has passed from the date of purchase. Otherwise, we will have to delay or pend your service requirement.
4. Product or replacement warranty does not cover freight or labour cost. Customer will have to pay freight and labour.
5. Service Charge NOT covered by Warranty:
Service Charge = $150 Call out fee + Material Cost (If not covered by replacement warranty)
Frameless Shower Screens
7-year replacement warranty on frameless shower screens (excluding installation) from invoice date for hinges and brackets.
12-month warranty for workmanship.
We will repair or replace at our option any faulty or defective products covered by warranty.
Framed, Semi-Frameless Shower Screens, Shower Cubicles
5 year replacement warranty (excluding installation) for the shell, frame & accessories.
12 month Warranty for workmanship.
We will repair or replace at our option any faulty or defective products covered by warranty.
Steam Cubicles
2 year replacement warranty (excluding installation) for the shell, frame & accessories.
12 month warranty for all electronic/electrical components.
12 month Warranty for workmanship.
We will repair or replace at our option any faulty or defective products covered by warranty.
Shower Cubicles
2 year replacement warranty (excluding installation) for the shell, frame & accessories.
12 month Warranty for workmanship.

10 year warranty for Lanark and Broadway brand bath shell and one year replacement warranty for other brand bath shell.
5 or 7 year manufacturer’s warranty for spa pumps.
12 month manufacturer’s warranty for Whisper Plus Blower, Handles and Fittings.
Stainless Steel Sinks
10 year replacement warranty.
12 month manufacturer’s warranty for wastes and fittings.
Mixers
Generally 5 year replacement warranty for catridges, 12 months replacement warranty for other parts.
Certain brands suppliers offer even longer warranty period. Please ask our sales when purchasing.
Some brand product like Linkware, carry 5 year part and labour warranty.
Tap wares must be installed by a licensed plumber.
Warranty void if it is not installed by license plumber. Door-to-door service will be charged at minimum $100 if it is failure installation by no license plumber.
